Welcome students and parents. This website will be utilized for both P3: Philosophy, Psychology, and Pop Culture and U.S. History. Assignments will be posted on the class sites as will links to readings, speeches, and other class related items.
This site ought to be quite easy to navigate. Introductory information for both courses can be seen by clicking on the corresponding class tab. When you scroll over the class tabs you see a pull down of questions for certain assignments posted and, occasionally, class notes or important handouts. The due dates is so, y'know, you can, like, check the due dates for your assignments. Both courses are posted under that tab. There is also a tab for links where I will post important links for both classes.
It is important to note that this site is meant to support classwork and homework assignments. Do not expect everything I hand to you in class to be on this site. There is this pesky character trait called responsibility which, in this scenario, means if I hand you something in class I expect you to keep it. Occasionally losing papers happens because we are imperfect. Chronically losing papers is symptomatic of larger problems. This site and, in fact, your teacher will be of little value to those who do not put forth the requisite effort to wrestle with their work. Generally speaking, however, this site ought to be useful to the average denizen of the dungeon.
By the way, any vocabulary in this introduction that you did not understand should be added to the class vocabulary section of your binder.
